Exciting Changes and New Locations You Can Expect in 2025!

Happy New Year to all! I just wanted to provide a quick update to you as we start 2025. I have so many great places and attractions to write about! Plus I will be completely revamping my blog page and offering a shorter web address (Omgosh, what was I thinking having only such a long one?). 🤦‍♀️ You will see MAJOR changes in 2025! I’m excited about all of it❣️

That said, I am going to be taking a bit of time in the next two months to get a business idea going I’ve been considering for a while. Due to that, I will only be posting once per week for the next couple of months. I hope to post on Thursday evenings each week. But, wait! Keep reading…I have a plan!

My son sometimes travels with me and will also be posting for me once per week. He’s an excellent writer and will be able to provide a slightly different perspective than I am able to. In the next two weeks he will be writing about his experience at Medieval Times in Scottsdale and three of his favorite Chinese restaurants in the Omaha metro area. So stay tuned for both of those on Saturday evenings each week!

Some potential trips I am planning this year (keep in mind sometimes plans change so don’t hold me to this) are:

  • The Largest Tulip Festival in North America (it’s not in Iowa, by the way)

  • Seattle, Tacoma, and Victoria, British Columbia

  • Arizona, including Sedona, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the Grand Canyon

  • Aruba

  • Atlanta

  • Local Omaha metro area attractions and events

  • Midwest attractions and events

  • Plus much more!

I made a list a list of blog locations I could write about right now and came up with so many ideas it honestly amazed me. I don’t say that to brag. As a familiar meme says, “Sometimes I amaze myself and other times I search for my missing phone while I am talking on it!” When you love to travel and want to encourage others to do the same, I guess it shows!
